Order Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 60 days after payment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total order value. This fee helps cover administrative, processing, and manufacturer-related costs incurred after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Pavilion Backyard.

Delivery Information

Hot Tub & Spa Delivery

Standard delivery includes residential curbside (tailgate) delivery. The final placement location is determined by the delivery carrier and driver based on site accessibility and safety considerations.

Swim Spa Delivery

Swim spas are delivered via flatbed truck to the delivery address. Customers are responsible for arranging unloading, placement, and any required equipment necessary to move the swim spa to its final installation location.

Please inspect all products upon delivery and report any shipping damage immediately to ensure prompt resolution.

All warranty claims must be submitted through the Liberty Spas Service Portal. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise authorized by Liberty Spas, all warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Liberty Spas service technician. Warranty service work completed without a valid Liberty Spas work order may not be eligible for reimbursement or coverage.
